BrokerBarche is our own Italian boat-brokerage directory: brokers organised by marina and region across Italy’s coastline. The commercial problem it exists to solve is discovery — connecting owners who want to sell with the right professional broker in the right harbour, in a market where that search still happens largely by word of mouth.
A programmatic directory architecture on WordPress: region and marina pages generated at scale from a controlled data perimeter, each carrying real local content rather than boilerplate; broker profile pages structured for instruction enquiries; and an Italian-language keyword architecture validated against real search behaviour before a single page was produced — the same one-intent-per-page discipline we apply to every client build.
Directory and multi-location businesses face a specific trap: hundreds of pages that Google treats as thin duplicates.
